Does anyone know what the weights are called at 11:31 in the video? I'd like to purchase a set to insure perfect 90 degree angles in my constructions. I can't find them using a Google search because the actual name of the item is needed. Any help would be appreciated.

How often do you have to change the filters? I run 4 machine and dirty a lot of ipa and I'm wondering if this is a option for my size of if I will just run thru filters daily?

Taper lock tooling is not suitable for the side loads milling imparts on them. Chucks will release themselves eventually, ruining your work.

You can also seal it with PVA glue. Works with MDF as well.

For extra stability on the cylinder, I’d cut a circle of foam core sized to the inner diameter; then glue it inside- about half way up.

However it's nice to see you are a different breed (dare I say its probably an age thing) as you understand manufacturing too, which in my experience is rare. Good, nice work.

Doesn't the plastic of the UV strip covered tubes block UV light? I've tried plastic bottles to contain my dirty IPA, no resin settled. Then I switched to glass and there was a ton of resin goo at the bottom. Is there something different than the usual with the tubes?

After curing Flexible 80a resin don't have very good performans. Looks yellow and it tears very easily. I think is better witout curing .

I love the design of your Backpack hanger and the fair price you offer, unfortunately shipping to Europe seems extremely expensive and even scales, when ordering two or three hangers, so there's almost too much overhead to buy one :( Awesome project though!

This takes me back to my preschool tot-hood. At picnics, ketchup & mustard bottles were enormously appealing objects. They were squashy. Soft & flimsy. Responsive. Gooshy. A mere squeeze and the appropriate goop shot everywhere. As I got older, such bottles became less responsive. Did something change? Maybe. Maybe not. Perhaps it is the WORLD which got less nice. Perhaps the squooshy plastics of my yoof were more toxic and were thrust aside? Ya know what. That ain't important. What matters is the squooshiness. Flexible raisins gots my NAME carved into 'em. Allow us our squooshiness. Congratulations.

These types of bottles (I use the FIFO brand) are great for part A and B silicone to quickly measure (squeeze out) small molds and moulage. Instead of pouring and measuring from the buckets you can keep these on your work table to just squeeze out the silicone like your ketchup 😂 Super fast and no concern for cleanup.

Seems like it will be difficult to clock the threads of the square end cap so that it aligns with the square body of the squeeze bottle.

I think you wasted a lot of time and filament by making a hollow FDM mockup. If you wanted to just feel the dimensions I bet making a solid bottle (closed inside) with 5% infill would be better

i would wouch for the original cylinder design. its the ideal shape for the job, you will always grab it in the right orientation and the smooth surface aids it primary purpose which is squeezing the maximum out of it. with ridges the ketchups mustards and mayos will probably get stuck in there. still great to watch the process tho

I'm getting ready to build this - I use a and Elegoo wash station, which has a bucket and lid system. What would be your thoughts on drilling and adding some fittings to the bucket a bottom dirty hose fitting and a higher return for clean. This way the lid can be placed on the unit while running vs being open to the air? I'm new to all this, no idea how to add a hose port without leaks, drilling a hole in the bucket I got, lol
